Meg Wiggins, LMHC
LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

BIO
Originally from Chicago, Meg earned a Master’s in Art Therapy from Herron School of Art and Design, Indianapolis. Both art and mental health have been passions of hers and she feels that she was, “meant to be here.” Meg has years of experience working with adults through various challenging life circumstances. Most recently, she has worked with cancer patients and their families in the non-profit sector and as an oncology patient navigator.
Meg finds when working with clients, that, ‘anyone can make art to help with healing’. In working with her for talk or art however, you can expect her to rely on tools from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existentialist theory, along with a feminist and humanist touch.
She likes playing video games, watercolor painting, and reading graphic novels in her spare time.
