THERAPIST

BIO

As a Licensed Social Worker, I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I am trauma informed and trained in EMDR, and I offer affirming, culturally responsive care to individuals of all identities and backgrounds. My clinical background includes work with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings including schools, foster care, in-home services, addiction treatment, and community mental health. I often integrate EMDR, CBT, play therapy, and sand tray approaches to support clients of all ages in processing emotions, building resilience, and moving toward lasting change.Whether you are navigating trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel empowered, supported, and seen. My role is to walk beside you, offering tools, insight, and encouragement as you reconnect with your inner strengths and move forward on your healing journey.

I see clients at the Pride Center of Terre Haute in person and can offer virtual counseling to anyone in the state of Indiana.
