THERAPIST

BIO
How do you experience yourself; your body, your pleasure, your emotions, your relationships? If you’ve ever felt disconnected, unsure, or like you’ve been surviving more than living, you’re not alone. Whether you’re exploring your sexuality, unlearning shame, navigating identity, life transitions, or longing to feel more at home in your body and relationships, therapy can be a space to reconnect, redefine, and better understand who you are. I work best with clients who are reflective and ready to explore the layers of their lived experience, especially those who may have had to hide or fragment parts of themselves to survive systems of harm or conformity. You don’t have to have all the answers, only a willingness to be compassionate as we build the roadmap together.
Hello! I’m Courtney Paige “CP” Harrough (they/she) and I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Social Worker and Sexual Health Educator, I offer relational therapy rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and care. My work centers sex therapy through an abolitionist lens, supporting clients through family planning, pregnancy, postpartum shifts, sexual behavior, and the evolving ways we understand gender, pleasure, and intimacy. I hold space for your full humanity; your grief, your questions, your desire, and your joy; without shame or judgment. I work with adults (18+) and couples/relationships both in person in Indianapolis and virtually
across Indiana. I specialize in working with people who have been historically marginalized. Specifically LGBTQIA2S+ folx, survivors of relational or attachment trauma, kinky and polyamorous individuals, and people actively disentangling from purity culture or high-control religious and spiritual environments.
My clinical foundation is shaped by a mixed-method theoretical approach that weaves together Jungian theory, Queer frameworks, and anti-oppressive Systems Theory, supporting a humanist and relational style of therapy that honors the complexity of the inner world and the sociopolitical realities we’re navigating in the outer one. I also integrate somatic experiencing and narrative practices, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring care to your unique needs and values. As a sexual health educator with over 8 years experience, I work diligently alongside clients and community members to build a space(s) that promotes exploring and engaging with all parts of your humanity with dignity. I intend to pursue AASECT Sex Therapist Certification in the near future. I am committed to lifelong learning and accountability through ongoing clinical and professional development, including recent completion of Sex Ed as Resistance with Ericka Hart, M.Ed., and SET Strategies Trauma-Informed Sex Education with Liv Hammening, CSE. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reconnect, and heal on your own terms. If you’re ready to explore, unlearn, and come home to yourself I’d be honored to join in this journey with you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. In my free time, I enjoy baking, weightlifting, writing, and slowly (but surely) learning how to become a plant-parent to my 20 leafy roommates at home.
